Production method: harvested by hand and visually selected grapes are squeezed and de-chipped, but not pressed! Through a static juicing process (approx. 30%), the must runs directly into small stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Charmat method – 120 days with natural yeasts. The essence of this is a fine-pearl sparkling wine with an intense floral and fruity nose, extremely elegant, rich in floral aromas and delicately fruity essences!
