This ultra-dry top sparkling wine matured for almost 5 years from the single layer of Mosset on its own yeasts in the bottle. In the scent of white peach, anise and the sea, with an addition to hawthorn and bergamot. The Mousseux is powerful and very finely interwoven. The crisp fruit mixes drop by drop bergamot oil, fennel and stone. Creaminess, liveliness and minerality form a grandiose unit that simply never wants to end.
