Grüner Veltliner, Zweigelt, Lively & tart. The base wine is spontaneously fermented in used wooden barrels in the cold cellar without any additives. Before the wine is bottled, the cuvée-tating individualised on the grapes takes place. The second fermentation in the bottle happens, instead of adding yeast and sugar, with fresh grape must. The Kalkspitz was degorged, i.e. the yeast was removed, and labelled. 1 g/l residual sugar, 10.5% alcohol, no additives
