Dining recommendation
Great as an aperitif to the classics such as caviare, oysters and seafood. Due to its minimal residual sugar content and its power, it also fits perfectly with meat, game and poultry as well as cheese. An interesting and worthwhile combination as an accompaniment to sushi or of course pure for every occasion.
