This pure-stock vintage champagne from the rare Viognier grape variety is multi-layered, stimulating subtle with fine lively perlage. Fresh exoticism of passion fruit, mango, ripe pineapple. Viognier abundance Bone dry, underlaid with natural fruit sweetness. Exciting, long, good tension, fine lime minerals. Great ripening potential! Already very good to drink. “V” Brut Nature was shaken by hand in the baroque Hofkeller and degorged in August 2022, receiving a minimal dosage of Viognier still wine.

Dining recommendation: A pleasure in all situations: before eating, for eating or afterwards and of course pure for every occasion. Great with classics such as caviare, oysters, seafood, fish, poultry or veal. Also a worthwhile accompaniment to sushi or vegetables.

Delicate rosé, intense fruit notes, ribisel, Vistula, on the palate lively fruit-acid play, creamy texture and fine perlage, in the finish fruity reverberation.

Dining recommendation: Great as an aperitif, to the classics such as caviare, oysters and seafood. An interesting and worthwhile combination as an accompaniment to sushi or of course pure for every occasion.

75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir

Dosage: 5 g/l
Alcohol: 12 % Brut

Bright and clear, complex bouquet. Grapefruit, delicate spice, light yeast, dense and firm on the palate. Minimal dosage from a mature Viognier. Finest perlage, nutty finish, grapefruit in the finish, good length.

Dining recommendation: Great as an aperitif to the classics such as caviare, oysters and seafood. Due to its minimal residual sugar content and its power, it also fits perfectly with meat, game and poultry as well as cheese. An interesting and worthwhile combination as an accompaniment to sushi or of course pure for every occasion.
